ZayKaf is an Android app owned and operated by iEdrak LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States of America. The app operates entirely on your device, does not send your data to the internet or to any servers of ours, and does not rely on any server to perform its core functions. It reads the content of bank notifications received on your device, extracts transaction details from them (amount, type, bank name), and categorizes them automatically within a local database, in order to display summaries and organize a personal financial record for you.

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under the laws applicable in your country. If you are under 18, you may not use the app. This requirement matches Section 11 of the ZayKaf Privacy Policy.
The app relies on parsing the text of bank notifications to extract transaction data automatically. This process is inherently automated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

Everything ZayKaf displays is an automated organization and categorization of the data it received via your device's notifications. The app does not provide any financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice in any form whatsoever. Any financial decision you make based on your use of the app is entirely your own decision, and we always recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor when making important decisions.

All rights relating to the app's design, its logo, its name "ZayKaf," and its source code are owned by iEdrak LLC. All trademarks, logos, and trade names associated with the app are owned by us or our licensors.
The app or any part of it may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law (such as rights granted by law in certain countries for the purpose of software interoperability).
Your personal data (the transactions categorized within the app) remains entirely your property, and we claim no ownership rights over it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
All rights not expressly granted to the user under these Terms remain reserved to us.
Under these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, terminable in accordance with these Terms, to use the app for personal purposes only. This license grants you no ownership of the app, and grants you no right to resell, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit it in any form without our prior written consent. This license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms.
The app's operation fundamentally depends on elements outside our direct control, including: the Android operating system and its permissions (including the Notification Access mechanism), and the format of the text notifications issued by different banks' apps. We are not responsible for any change made by the operating system provider or the developers of the Android system and its components, or by any bank to the format of its notifications or its operating policies, which may affect the accuracy or continuity of the app's operation.
Some of the app's functions may vary depending on the Android version or your device's manufacturer. Some customized device interfaces (such as the aggressive battery-management systems of certain manufacturers) may restrict or prevent background services from working, including the notification access service the app relies on. We do not guarantee that all of the app's features will be available or will behave identically on all devices.

Since the app does not rely on any server, the continuity of its operation on your device is tied to its compatibility with the current Android system on your device. Some features may stop working correctly as a result of future updates to the Android system itself that change how the notification access permission works, which is a matter beyond our full control.
We bear no liability for any delay or failure in providing support or updates resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread technical failures, or sudden regulatory or legal changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or void under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without prejudice to any mandatory rights guaranteed to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence that may not be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish any update on this page, with the "Last updated" date above revised accordingly. Your continued use of the app after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
